Asbestos testing

We carry out visual inspections and take bulk samples for analysis at a UKAS-accredited laboratory. Results identify whether the material contains chrysotile (white), amosite (brown) or crocidolite (blue) asbestos - or confirms No Asbestos Detected (NAD).Once a sample's been taken and dropped at the lab, results are typically back within 24 hours. We'll talk you through what they mean and what your options are - including the option to leave materials in place if that's the safest course.

Asbestos removal

We safely remove non-licensed asbestos-containing materials including garage roofs, Artex ceilings, water tanks, soil pipes, vinyl floor tiles, soffits, gutters and outbuildings. All waste is double-wrapped, transported by an Environment Agency registered carrier, and disposed of at a licensed facility - with full Hazardous Waste Consignment paperwork issued on completion.

Gary visits your property, takes a proper look at what you've got, and gives you a fixed quote on the spot. If samples need to be taken for lab testing, he'll do that during the visit — results typically back from the UKAS-accredited lab within 24 hours.

Clear Plan of Action

Once results are confirmed, we'll talk you through your options - safe removal, encapsulation, or leaving materials in place if that's the safest course.

Step 4
Safe Removal & Disposal

If removal is needed, our team carries out the works safely and efficiently. All waste goes to a licensed facility, and you'll receive full Hazardous Waste Consignment Note paperwork.
